There will be eleven rounds and play will commence at 11.00.

Each player has 5 mins + 3 seconds per completed move.

Prize money:

1st £100, plus 10 category prizes of £30

The prize money is based on 60 entrants and is indicative.

The top Bristol League player will be the Bristol Blitz Chess Champion!

Round 1 11:00; Round 2 11:30; Round 3 12:00; Round 4 12:30

Round 5 13:00; Round 6 14:00; Round 7 14:30; Round 8 15:00

Round 9 15:30; Round 10 16:00; Round 11 16:30

This is a FIDE rated event with one section.

ECF members without a FIDE ID

Please request a FIDE ID from the ECF International Rating Officer by completing this form.

A player’s initial seeding will be determined

as Max from FIDE & ECF (standard, rapid or blitz) November 2023 rating

For players without any of these ratings, the rating allocated for pairings will be determined by the Organiser on a case-by-case basis.
